「癒しを、もっと身近に。」“Healing, made closer to everyone.”
人生には、立ち止まらざるを得ない瞬間があります。病気、喪失、あるいは静かな行きづまり。私自身もそうした時期に、心と体、そして人とのつながりがどれほど大切かを、身をもって知りました。There are moments in life that force us to stop — illness, loss, or a quiet sense of being stuck. It was in such a season that I came to understand, in my own body, how much we depend on care for the heart, the body, and our connection to others.
支えてくれた人々The people who held me up
回復の道のりで出会ったのは、誠実に人と向き合うセラピストやヒーラー、カウンセラーたちでした。彼らの存在に救われる一方で、その素晴らしい仕事が正当に評価され、必要とする人へ届く仕組みが、まだ十分に整っていないことにも気づきました。Along the way I met therapists, healers, and counsellors who met people with real honesty. Even as their work carried me, I saw how little infrastructure existed to value that work fairly — and to bring it to the people who needed it.

The mountain, always there, reminds me of vision, stability, growth, and our bond with nature. However busy life becomes, taking a moment to survey the landscape of one's own heart — I believe that is where healing begins.
